Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones & carry out daily tasks
Have good customer service skills
Manage ingoing and outgoing emails and phone calls
Be self-motivated & Structure an efficient work environment
File invoices, receipts, and other documents.
Professionally interact and communicate with clients and other businesses associated with Jimmie Jack Fishing
Problem solves issues that come up
Create and maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical
Work professionally with Fed Ex online & over phone for guests shipping needs
Daily use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Square, OneDrive, Adobe, Fed Ex online
Job Details:
Position Title: Fish House Manager
Hours Per Week: 40 (5-7 days per week)
Working Hours: 8:00am – 2pm (hours vary depending on client’s needs & FedEx, possible Over time)
Pay: $17-$19 hourly + tips
Dress Code: Professional work attire
Qualifications:
Experience in management of others
Experience in filing, shipping, and taking payments
Have experience in Microsoft Word, Square, OneDrive, Adobe, general computer skills, Fed Ex online
Good interpersonal skills to interact as a professional in daily communication in person, on the phone, & in emails, & even social media. Due to the reflection on their employer.
Reliability and punctuality.
Can lift over 50lbs
Has a valid driver's license
