Phoenix Marketing & Advertising is a leading marketing company providing essential services to the community. We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Sales Representatives to help distribute free Lifeline/ACP government cellphones with free service to eligible customers. Full-time and part-time positions are available, offering a 100% commission-based compensation structure.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to educate them about the free Lifeline/ACP government cellphone program
- Distribute cellphones and assist eligible customers with the registration process
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role
- Ability to effectively educate and influence potential customers
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
