Join Our Team at Frenchie's Floral Studio!

Position: Floral Designer / Plant Parent / Retail Shopkeeper

Hours: Part-time, 15–30 hours/week (morning, midday, afternoon, and weekend shifts available)

Start Date: April 21st

Wage: Training begins at $16 per hour (may be adjusted, based on prior experience)

What We’re Looking For:

A love for flowers, plants, and all things aesthetically beautiful.

A warm, outgoing personality and a dedication to exceptional customer service.

Retail or sales experience preferred; you can engage and connect with customers.

Excited to meet design challenges and add your unique creative touch.

Hard-working, supportive, and someone who brings good energy to the team.

Comfortable using a POS system and basic computer programs.

Your Role:

Create stunning floral arrangements.

Assist customers with retail purchases and plant care advice.

Deliver items locally with care and professionalism.

Help maintain shop organization and manage inventory.

Answer phones and respond to emails.

Provide warm, personalized service with every interaction

Physical Requirements:

This position involves being on your feet and light to moderate lifting throughout the day.

Experience:
