Job Title: Full & Part Time Budtenders
Location: Juneau, Alaska
Pay: Starting at $15-$19/hr DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Job Schedule: Weekdays and/or Weekends and Holidays
Budtenders are the people that give our guest all the knowledge they need to consume cannabis and are the Superstars of the store. The perfect candidates will be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays with outstanding customer service. Please reply with an attached resume, to be considered for the position.
We are looking for:
Energetic, friendly, positive, trustworthy people who are self-motivated and passionate about helping others
Exceptional in customer service
Experience in the marijuana industry is NOT required as we will train you in this exciting new industry
Duties and responsibilities:
Greet/Check-in all customers
Product knowledge
Use of POS station/cash handling
General housekeeping duties for the store
Upholding company policies and procedures
Stocking sales floor, replenishing items
Maintain store security
Package flower and roll prerolls
Sorting, counting and label merchandise
General Inventory control
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to communicate with a diverse group
Excellent organizational skills
Reliable, shows up on time and does not call out of work.
Professional, and Trustworthy
High school diploma/GED required
Positive attitude
Must be over 21 and have Alaska Marijuana Handlers card
