We are now hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician! If you have experience working in building maintenance, enjoy helping others and are looking to work for a company with strong stability look no further we have the job for you!
The responsibilities for this position are answering service requests, getting apartments ready for occupancy, maintaining/repairing electrical, plumbing, small/large appliances, drywall and some light interior/exterior painting when needed!
To qualify you must have 2 years experience in building maintenance, excellent verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 90lbs, push/pull up to 200lbs, a valid driver's license, insurance and a vehicle.
