Simpson, Tillinghast, Sheehan & Araujo, P.C. has an immediate opening for a full- or part-time Office Administrator. Five years of previous bookkeeping and office management experience is preferred.
Duties Include:
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Payroll
Monthly Bank Reconciliations
Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-End Tax Reporting
W-2 and 1099 Reporting
Maintain General Ledger accounts to insure proper Financial Reporting
Maintain all necessary insurance requirements
Applicant must possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work well with others, strong communication skills, and be self motivated with excellent references.
Simpson, Tillinghast, Sheehan & Araujo, P.C. is an established corporate law firm in downtown Juneau. This is a busy and highly independent position that is responsible for all bookkeeping and administrative support for the firm.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Sage Timeslips a plus. Prior law firm experience is also preferred. Benefits include paid holidays, paid leave, retirement and flexible work hours. Salary DOE. Submit cover letter and resume.
