Residential Support Specialists Responsibilities:
- Front office desk general reception duties and note keeping, monitoring of the facility, and will assist with other duties as they arise.
- Maintain program structure through direct contact and informal counseling with residents, crisis intervention, enforcement of building rules.
- Collaborating with other entities to support residents in their day-to-day needs as they arise.
- Providing services to residents in the general milieu to assist in strengthening and growing personal skills and abilities in daily life.
- Facilitating therapeutic activities and engage with tenants through these activities. This has the additional option of activity suggestions and implementation of activity upon approval.
- Facility upkeep and cleaning, small maintenance needs, and home inspections.
