Job Description
Southeast Senior Services is looking for a part-time Counselor to provide therapeutic counseling, support and education services to the elderly and family caregivers. This person will also conduct the monthly Parkinson’s Support Group as well as maintain client records.
Qualifications
A master's degree in social work, psychology, or closely related field and a minimum of one year of experience in direct service delivery in a related field is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in the listed fields and a minimum of three years’ experience can be substituted.
Compensation and Benefits
This position is part time with a flexible schedule of 18 hours per week. Starting wage is $26/hour DOE. Benefits include a 403(b) Thrift Savings Plan and 12 paid holidays annually. Background check required.
