Needed: Deckhand
Job description: setting/picking fish, unloading fish, cleaning boat, help with getting fuel/ice weekly.
You: Great attitude, fast learner, work quickly, competitive edge. Some fishing experience preferred or experience with manual labor.
Help getting boat ready for the season and winterize for the season at the end.
Compensation: Varies by experience, 10% start for greenhorn with potential for an increase during season with exceptional work ethic.
Me: 35 years as a gillnet captain and 20 years as a school teacher so I can train on the job if necessary.
