Deckhand for salmon tender wanted

I’m looking for a deckhand for the 2025 salmon season based out of Ketchikan, AK. Position is for 90 days beginning mid June and going to early September. Duties include but not limited to working on deck sorting and icing different salmon species, chopping and giving fishermen ice as they need it, tying the boat when coming to port, deckhand will learn how to complete electronic fish tickets on a computer for all salmon bought. Experience is not necessarily needed but a positive attitude and team player is very important . You will be living on a boat for 90 days with other people in close quarters this is always the most difficult part for new crew, working on boats is not for everyone it takes a strong will and positive attitude. No hard drugs or drinking. Room and board provided pay is DOE plus an end of season bonus with successful completion of contract. Further details and questions will be addressed during interview.
