Summer Seasonal Cooks / Baker Positions

Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants based on approved recipes. May order supplies, keep records and accounts, follow Daily Prep List, conduct weekly inventories, Complete food production based on Prep List. Simple housing potentially available. Olivia's Bistro is an 80 seat restaurant and bar at the Skagway Inn, operates from May to September. All foods are prepared from fresh, some locally grown (in our garden) ingredients.
