Responsibilities:
As a cook you will assist with kitchen operations and maintain a clean, orderly and inviting restaurant. There are exciting development and career advancement opportunities available from this position. Duties include but are not limited to:
-set up workstations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipes
-splitting firewood for grill and campfire
-maintaining the cooking fire during meal service
-loading grills with fish
-assisting the grill cook with serving customers
-establishing a welcoming atmosphere
-preparing salads and side dishes
-washing dishes
-replenishing buffet line during meal service
-clearing tables and ensuring facilities & equipment are cleaned & maintained daily to a high standard.
-Additional related duties as requested or assigned
