They also serve as key advisors to business partners and XC leadership, providing expert insights and recommendations to achieve strategic outcomes that meet the needs of an evolving healthcare ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Work with business partners and senior leaders to develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with connected stakeholders to understand their pain points, articulate product objectives, and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with desired outcomes.

Product Vision: Develop and socialize a compelling product vision that inspires stakeholders and team members towards a shared goal.

Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that addresses market needs, leverages emerging technologies, and aligns with the company's long-term vision for healthcare innovation.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges early in the product lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and maximize success.

Product Development: Uphold lean product development methodologies to rapidly iterate ideas, validate hypotheses, and deliver valuable software solutions to market.

Product Delivery: Collaborate closely in a balanced team with engineering, design, and business intelligence to manage the end-to-end iterative delivery process, from ideation and prioritization to development, measurement, testing, and deployment, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget.

Team Leadership: Within a balance team, foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Communication: Effectively communicate updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the organization.

Mentorship: Guide more junior Product Managers within the Experience Center.

Required Qualifications

As a Lead Product Manager, you are expected to hit the ground running with in-flight products

Strong, demonstrated competency and experience in practicing Lean Product Management, Extreme Programming (XP), and Human-Centered Design

3 - 5+ years' relevant professional work experience as a product manager with clear examples of products brought to market

Experience analyzing data with tools such as SQL, Tableau and Power BI

Ability to work 8:00am-5:00pm EST hours

Significant expertise delivering business value through solid understanding of lean product management and human-centered design

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of public speaking and presenting in front of customers, at user groups, etc.

Ability to be a thought leader with an interest in contributing to the growing body of content surrounding software development, lean product management, human-centered design, and intrapreneurship

Experience supplying organizational software recommendations and advice to senior level stakeholders within clients and partners

You have the patience and empathy of a world-class mentor, matched with the business acumen needed to help stand-up new product organizations for our clients and partners
