Systems maintenance:o Implementing and maintaining procedures to collect performance metrics and produce system performance and capacity reportso Performs analyses (e.g., performs technical research in order to assess system performance and capacity)o Manage and maintain 24x7 uptime on the NonStop systems including client related connectivity, application and platform issues System architecture:o Research products, solutions, technologies, and apply results to create presentations/documentationo Establish and implement auditing standards and present evidence to the auditors (internal and external) for PCI, FFIEC, and SOC assessmentso Works with business leaders to provide support, advice, and guidance on the correct application of a products/technology solutionso Applies technical expertise to support the deployment of technology architecture and the total system solutiono Identifying system performance bottlenecks and recommending performance improvement solutions Systems Security:o Perform Tier 3 Security functions such as build and support iSeries security infrastructureo Provide troubleshooting support to level 1 & level 2 support groupsWhat you will do:o Provide mentoring and training to teamo Expert Knowledge of iSeries and related softwareo Reviews, for accuracy, the technical content of proposals.
