What you can expect​You will lead a large global team of enablement managers. Crafting the enablement journey, you will identify skill gaps, deliver enablement strategies to include outcomes and business impact metrics. You will lead sales and partner enablement execution for Zoom’s Global Revenue organization to drive business outcomes. In this role, you represent the Enablement organization at the leadership table. You will run a quarterly launch and quarterly business review with each regional sales leader.About the TeamThe Go To Market Enablement team is a highly consultative and collaborative team partnering to design and develop programs, content and strategies to target role-specific sales skills, product knowledge, business acumen and effectiveness of our Global Revenue Teams.What we’re looking for

Experience in a Sales enablement leadership role in UCaaS, Software or Services Industry (minimum of 8-10 years )

Experience leading a large global team of enablement managers and sales enablement initiatives, Kick-Off events and training evaluation

Able to collaborate with Global Sales Operations and Enablement Strategy organization (product, product marketing, technical enablement, onboarding and other teams)

Experience Identifying training gaps, developing training plans by content area, staff roles, and regions while providing metrics to remove roadblocks

Experience with enablement and sales tools including prospecting, CRM, readiness, content management and learning management

Understand sales process (CRM), sales messaging, and sales methodology (Value Selling + MEDDIC)

Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment
