The Universal Teller delivers consistent and exceptional customer service through processing various types of customer transactions promptly and efficiently, while adhering to defined cash limits, bank policy and procedures, and banking regulations. To be considered for this position you must have six months cash handling and one year customer service experience.
The Personal Banker assists customers by knowing the products and services the bank has to offer that would best meet their needs. You would greet and assist them with transactions but also connect them to another department experts as needed. To be considered for this position you must have banking experience or significant experience in a similar role in an industry that has regulatory requirements and significate customer relationship experience with an understanding of products and services to best assist the customer with their needs.
Salary: Job/salary offer would be commensurate with job level and experience.
Universal Teller - $20.oo/hour minimum, plus 10% Juneau Differential
Personal Banker - $23.50/minimum, plus 10% Juneau Differential
