Our Operations Assistant position acts as an Assistant Supervisor by working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure critical timelines are met, operational controls are in place and daily branch functions are completed. If selected for the FNBA Operations Assistant role, you would welcome customers to the branch, deliver consistent and exceptional customer service by building and deepening relationships by uncovering their needs and recommend the best products, services and solutions to meet those needs. Position will also coach, mentor and supervise employees.
Three years of progressively responsible branch operations experience and minimum one year relationship development experience is preferred; or a combination of education and financial industry/office management experience.
Salary: $26.00/hour + DOE + add'l 10% Area Differential
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:20am-5:20pom
