O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring for Delivery Drivers, Parts Specialists, and a closing manager. Drivers are responsible for delivering parts to commercial customers in a timely fashion, as well as assisting with freight and customers when needed. Parts Specialists are required to help our retail customers, provide excellent customer service, stock freight, clean the store and any other duties as assigned. A Retail Service Specialist (closing manager) is responsible for making sure team members are providing great customer service, stock freight, delegate any tasks assigned by the Store Manager, and oversee the closing job responsibilities. Pay is depending on experience, $15-18/hr, interested in the manager position please find the store manager @ O’Reilly to discuss compensation. As well, every team member gets commission regardless if you sell parts. Our average for the store is an extra $1-1.50/hr, and will only increase the more parts you sell.
