PROPERTY MANAGER - Well established owner occupied mobile home parks seeks responsible manager.
Duties:
Day to day management of two owner occupied mobile home parks and several additional tenant rentals and real property. A typical day would include the following: Drive through properties and review safety and security of company buildings and any conditions which might require maintenance or attention. Arrange for maintenance as needed with appropriate contractors. Notify homeowners of conditions which may require attention. Check mail and telephone massages. Light bookkeeping and bank deposits, manage messages and mail. Manage tenant changes - review and process all new home owners and rental tenants applications. Complete all documentation. Other duties as assigned based on skills and abilities. Report to and confer with company senior managers as needed to resolve any unforeseen and non-routine matters.
Skills:
Good judgment and responsible decision making.
Excellent skills for written and verbal communication with homeowners and maintenance contractors.
Office and computer and smart phone skills including: text, email, MS Word.
Specific experience with property management not required. We will train you as needed.
Bondable: Excellent personal credit history and no criminal record.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle - mileage reimbursement provided.
Hours and Compensation:
24/7 responsibility for properties, but normal tasks require about 15 -20 hours a week.
Daily drive through and check on conditions.
