Experienced Fairbanks based maintenance technician needed for long term opportunity.
Must have a minimum of three years previous experience in the maintenance of commercial properties.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, basic hvac, carpentry and painting is desired.
Drug screening and detailed background check is required for security clearance.
$27-$30 hr DOE with some weekly OT. / Vacation pay, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance and 401K Plan.
