Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts. Weekends as needed.
Position: We are looking to add a new Field Service Technician to our crew at our Fairbanks location. Primary responsibilities are as follows:
Carry out regular maintenance of hot tubs and water treatment systems at residential and commercial sites.
Deliver and set up hot tubs to customers, whether by truck, crane, forklift, boat or plane!
Complete hot tub water change-outs independently.
Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites.
Requirements:
Able to pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
Great Customer Service and People Skills
Basic Technical and Mechanical Skills
Diagnostics and repair of equipment
Effective communication skills and desire for customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean and Detail-Oriented
