Decent Carpenter/Handyman needed

I have a rental I'm trying to fix up. I am going create a detailed list of work needed to be done and then the person who responds to this ad will look it over and give me an estimate/quote. We could work out a different arrangement if preferred. It will all be inside and heated work as I took care of exterior stuff over the summer. Anyway if you feel confident in your abilities hit me up. I think for an average Carpenter it would be about 1-2 months of work. Looking for somewhat of a commitment so serious inquiries only
