Looking for somebody that's knowledgeable about carpentry, and can work unsupervised, and then one individual or Carpenters helper to do some of the less skilled work. I personally have about 40 years experience with carpentry, so can certainly help with the decision-making and the best way to get things done, but my days of working on scaffolding all day and hauling heavy timbers are over.
I have T-111 siding going up on a second story, (see pics) some facia and soffit work, and then an Arctic entry that needs a new roof with some sun panels. Must be comfortable with heights.
I think this would be a great job for somebody looking for a little side work or perhaps for somebody who's recently graduated and need some extra cash. I'm very flexible on hours.
We can talk a bit in person about wages, although I'm open to just having somebody bid on this project. I have in mind about 25 to 30hr. and then about $15 hr for helper.
