Job Title: House Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of household operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating maintenance tasks.

Oversee the care and well-being of the two dogs, including feeding, walking, grooming, and veterinary appointments.

Handle household errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and package deliveries.

Plan and prepare meals for the couple, including meal prepping and accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences.

Assist with event planning and hosting, including dinners and gatherings at the home.

Manage household budgets and expenses, including bill payment and financial tracking.

Act as a point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Provide administrative support to the couple as needed, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.

Perform general cleaning and organizing tasks to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the residence.

Take care of outside lawn and garden maintenance, including mowing, watering, weeding, and seasonal planting.

Ensure proper upkeep of outdoor living spaces, such as patios, decks, and outdoor furniture.

Coordinate vacation and business trip planning for the couple, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and itinerary scheduling.

Manage an on-site Airbnb rental, including cleaning scheduling, listing management, and responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Occasionally list and sell items online on behalf of the couple, ensuring accurate descriptions and timely shipping or pickup arrangements.

Maintain a steady stream of bookings for the Airbnb rental, prioritizing guest satisfaction for a memorable experience.

Plan travel arrangements in advance with the guidance of the homeowners, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences.

Despite our busy schedules, we prioritize observing the Sabbath, during which we cease work from 5pm on Friday evening until 5pm on Saturday.
