A Fairbanks construction company is immediately hiring a customer service minded Receptionist/Admin Assistant.
This position requires someone with a positive attitude, excellent organization, communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required to be successful in this position.
Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced busy office.
General job duties may include:
Greeting and assisting customers as needed-TOP priority.
Answering, screening, and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing information when needed.
Filing and organizing
Updating files/records, electronically and hard copy
Accepting employee applications
Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Assist management with other tasks as needed
Event planning
Keeping and inventory of supplies and ordering (with management approval)
Full-time hours, Monday-Friday 8 am-5pm Must be willing to work some overtime during busy season. Pay starting at $17-$22 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year office experience
Background will be reviewed.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
