We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dispatch Administrator to join our team.

Job Duties Include:
Answering phones & radio transmissions
Transmit clear/reliable information to drivers
Ensure the accuracy of documents
Maintain shipping documents
Demonstrate knowledge of delivery locations
Maintain files
Assists and offers support to the billing office
Full-time hours Monday -Friday 8 am-5 pm with pay starting at $25/Hr depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Business Casual/conservative office attire
Background will be viewed
