Minimum Qualifications
Must be high school graduate or equivalent
Must be 18 year old or older.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must have good communication skills
Must be knowledgeable of sanitation requirements.
Must relate well to seniors and be sensitive to their dietary needs.
Must maintain confidentiality.
Prefer individual with dependable vehicle.
Must acquire a Food Workers Card
Must pass background check and fingerprints.
Summary of Job Duties
Work under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager.
Assist with food preparation and serving.
Assist the Kitchen supervisor with supplies and putting them away.
Assist in washing the dishes and cleaning the kitchen according to the list of tasks and sanitation codes.
Portions meals for MOW
Prepares food for congregate meals.
Disseminate volunteer driver's supplies; distributing meals, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other items necessary for volunteer success.
