We are looking for a highly self-motivated and organized person to oversee day to day warehouse operations and staff of between 7 to 10 for our Fairbanks Warehouse.
Weekends and Holidays are required as we are retail, Pay is DOE.
This position requires patience, kindness, a positive attitude with strong leadership skills, professionalism, and holds a high expectation of themself and the employee’s that they manage, as well as being able to coach and develop employees and encourage a team environment.
Computer knowledge and the ability to learn our inventory system is a must, along with good customer service skills, having a background in logistics and Inventory is preferred, but will train the right person with the right attitude. Dependability and punctuality are paramount and the expectation of the same for the crew you supervise. Managers are meant to set the example and take on any situation large or small.
We deal with the public so professional dress and appearance is important as is friendliness and kindness with both the staff and the public.
