Photograph a property for me!

I am out of state and need someone to take photographs of a property for me in Salcha. I will also need a few questions answered about the surrounding terrain ie; road access, and then submitted to me via email. I will pay $25 extra to anyone able to provide me with photos via a drone. This is a vacant lot. You are not being asked to spy on any actual people or do anything illegal. I am not offering additional funds for gas. I believe what I am offering is fair with travel from Fairbanks being considered, as the actual task does not require much time once you arrive.
