We are hiring for multiple Customer Acquisition Technician (Installer) positions in Fairbanks!
This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
Position includes performing installations for customers, configuring and installing basic wifi components, repairing outdoor CAT5e cable, climbing ladders and working on roofs, finding proper antenna alignment, as well as maintaining tools, equipment, vehicles, and workspaces. This position may also assist a Customer Acquisition Technician II or III with the installation of more advanced wireless internet equipment and whole-home wifi.
A valid driver's license is required due to driving a work-provided vehicle. The minimum age due to insurance is 18. Company vehicle and tools provided.
Ability to lift and carry 50-100 pounds
Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations
Must be able to work at heights over 40 feet
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
Due to manufacturer policies for safety equipment, must weigh under 270 lbs
Hourly pay and potential for position specific bonus every week. Overtime guaranteed due to working 4 - 10 hour days and a set schedule. Potential for additional weekly bonuses. Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview.
