We’re a local hotspot dishing out killer tacos Wednesday through Friday, and we’re ready to crank up the heat! With a fiercely loyal customer base and big plans to expand our days and hours this summer (and keep the party going through the winter), now’s the time to jump on board our taco train!
We’re looking for high-energy team players to bring their A-game to our kitchen. Both positions get a split of the daily tips from our awesome customers, averaging $5–$7/hour in tips after the split. Ready to make taco magic and some extra cash? Let’s do this!

Flattop Grill Operator Extraordinaire
Are you a grill wizard who can flip, sear, and sizzle like a pro? We need YOU!
Pay: $20/hour to start + split of daily tips ($5–$7/hour average).
We’re seeking top-tier flattop skills, but if you’ve got some experience and a hunger to learn, we’ll train you to become a taco legend.

Cold Table Rockstar
Love crafting fresh, vibrant toppings and salads? This gig’s calling your name!
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) + split of daily tips ($5–$7/hour average).
