Pay: $17.85 – $22.30 /HR We are seeking a skilled Wood Floor Technician to oversee all aspects of wood floor care within our client facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of wood floor maintenance, restoration, and replacement techniques. Job Overview
Responsible for wood floor care techniques, including cleaning, polishing, and minor repairs.
Oversee the assessment of wood floors for damage or wear and determine the appropriate restoration or replacement needed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to wood floor care and maintenance.
Qualifications For Wood Floor Technician:
Proven experience in wood floor maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, and replacement.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in janitorial services.
Ability to operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment.
