Customer Service Representative-we are willing to train
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team Part time
Responsibilities include:
-Handle and coordinate active calendars
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Maintain job tracking and communicate with customers and vendors
-Quoting a variety of automotive, residential, and equipment glass products through multiple vendors
-Purchasing all necessary parts, equipment, and supplies
-Providing estimates to customers via phone, email, or walk in
-Collecting day to day payments as well as monitoring customer account balances
-Monitoring job status and billing upon job completion
Purchasing, receiving and handing inventory experience wanted.
Pay is DOE with benefits
