ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Washes and cleans company vehicles, tractors and trailers and other equipment
Assists in receiving, inventorying and stocking parts
Performs housekeeping in the shop and around shop areas
Assists mechanics as needed
Assists with paperwork and creating repair records
Operates company skid steer/pickups. Training will be provided on operation of company skid steer/pick-ups
Maintains housekeeping in the shop and around shop areas
Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner
Regular attendance and punctuality is essential
Adheres strictly to company’s safety policies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Successful candidate must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Employee must demonstrate the ability to work alone or within a team environment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and basic procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
A valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one is preferred. MSHA certification is preferred.

The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and occasionally move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
