Overtime is held to a minimum. We work a straight 8, 15 minute paid lunch and outta' here.
Overtime compulsory, but believe me that rarely happens.
Only when absolutely necessary and Customer is up for serious abuse.
I am the Machinist, so if weak in that, it's ok.

a bit of serious pipe. B31.1 Tig root.
And, many times we have to paint, be it pressure, electrostatic or airless
Minimal field work unless we agree on on it.
And the place is full of machine tools. Lathes, Mills CNC stuff too.
Our product is Quality above all. This is a Machine shop. We don't screw up.

So, no entry level here. No children.
You " Certified Welders ", I have about 20 certs. And I do not consider myself a welder.
I am not impressed by paper, but I do like to see it.
I am easy-going, non-stringent.
I allow all the normal stuff like my dog has to go to the doctor
I go alright. Got it.
It is interesting work. There is no telling what we may do. It ain't easy though.
I won't whip and beat you. We just have to put out the very best product in the State. That is all.
