Alaska Cycle Center offering Honda, Polaris and Suzuki Power Sports & Honda Power Equipment has an Immediate opening for Full Time Service Writer.
Duties:
Greet and assist customers in person and on phone
Schedule appointments
Record in detail customers’ needs, problems concerns or maintenance requests.
Obtain customers approval of diagnostic or requested work to be performed
Assign RO's to technicians
Monitor progress and communicates ongoing updates and vehicle status to manager and customer during the process. Obtaining additional approvals if necessary
Finalize RO's with detail of work performed
Process internal RO’s
Schedule timely customer pick up when work completed
Requirements:
Ability to focus while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Superior communication skills
Exceptional follow-up, and strong organizational skills
Phone etiquette and computer skills
Reliable Team Player
40 hr work week
