Residential Maintenance Company in Anchorage is seeking a skilled residential maintenance technician to fill a position immediately.
Qualifications:
Proven general maintenance experience
Current driver's license with clean driving record
Pass background check/drug screening
Customer service skills
Applicants must have their own power and hand tools
Health insurance benefits
A company utility van and cell phone are provided.
Compensation is $30-38 per hour DOE, and 2 week paid vacation, following a 90 day probationary period.
This is a full-time, minimum 40 hour per week position with a rotating weekly on-call schedule.
