Wasilla based Construction company is now hiring for our Property Maintenance Foreman position.
This job entails managing crew and equipment in the timely and accurate completion of property maintenance task such as:
-Sweeping parking lots
-Lawn mowing
-Tree trimming
-Fence repair
-Light construction
-Painting
-Pressure washing
-Much more.
This is a working management position and will require excellent customer service and communication, along with the knowledge and skill to complete projects accurately and efficiently.
The proper tools, equipment and safety wear will be provided for you to keep things safe and as easy as possible. Lots of overtime available. Professional and good natured work environment with plenty of room for growth and education.
Job requirements:
-Driver’s License with clean driving record.
-Minimum 2 years experience in construction, remodel, lawn maintenance or equipment operation.
-Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Attention to detail.
-Willingness to work hard.
-Dependability.
$25-45 per hour depending on experience. Additional bonuses based on productivity.
