Positions available for the following: LEAD ROOFERS and LABORERS to complete residential roofing and construction projects all across the Mat-Su Valley and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
-3 years previous experience in residential roofing and/or residential construction.
-Proficiency in various roofing materials and techniques (Shingles, Metal/ Standing Seam, and Single Ply Membranes)
-Strong and able bodied
-Not afraid of heights
-Ability to adapt and thrive in challenging environments
-Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
-Commitment to safety protocols and regulations
-Drivers License and reliable vehicle
-Hard working, dependable, and reliable
-Punctuality
-Good attitude
-Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
-Ability to pass a background check
