Experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician needed for long term contract.

Must have a minimum four (4) years of experience directly related to Commercial Building Maintenance with significant experience in one of the following areas: plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry, doors and locks, basic hvac skills.
M-F schedule, with occasional out of town travel.
$28-31hr DOE, plus benefits including vacation, medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401k retirement plan.
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy.
