This position is part-time, 30 hours per week, benefit eligible.
SUMMARY OF POSITION: Performs routine inspections, maintenance, repairs and performance verification of equipment and building systems in a health care setting. Provides oversight of contractors per the direction of, or in the absence of, the Facilities Manager. Receives, stores, and issues equipment and supplies. Maintains inventory levels in common supply areas and store rooms. Provides courier services and performs janitorial duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of full-time related experience in facility/property maintenance or construction trade required. Valid Alaska driver's license, use of personal vehicle, proof of automobile insurance and current MVR are required. Must provide current motor vehicle record.
