Position available for a LEAD remodeling expert to perform above average interior and exterior projects in the Anchorage/Eagle River area from start to finish. This is year round work.

This is a LEAD position! You will be responsible for crew management, budget, and quality control. This is not a training position.

This position is an integral part of our company. You will be the face of our company as you directly interact with our customers while performing remodels above and beyond industry standards. Where:

Anchorage/Eagle River

Key Responsibilities:

Execute carpentry tasks whether it be framing, cabinetry, or custom woodworking

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans accurately

Deliver quality work with a commitment to safety and efficiency

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven carpentry experience in residential or commercial settings

Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety protocols

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision

Must be able to pass a background check

Must have a valid drivers license
