JOB DESCRIPTION
Camper Valley RV is seeking a skilled RV Paint and Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have verifiable experience in paint and body repair techniques to include fiberglass repair, body panel repair/replacement, color blending and cutting & buffing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform fiberglass repair, body panel repair/replacement and other necessary bodywork
Execute precise color blending to match and restore RV finishes
Apply cutting and buffing techniques to achieve high quality polished appearance
Inspect RV to identify, assess and estimate damages
Prepare surfaces for paint, including sanding, masking and priming
Operate and maintain paint and body repair equipment safely and efficiently
Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and budgets
Keep accurate records of repairs and services performed
Must have a valid driver’s license
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee will lift and carry loads of up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds on occasion.
