We are looking for an individual who is innovative, resourceful, and skilled, with an eye for detail. Duties can vary greatly but will primarily involve retrofitting materials to existing structures. Sheet metal skills, use of associated tools-saws, impacts, drills, etc. is most helpful. Trouble shooting abilities, a knack for noticing flaws and anomalies, learning from what you observe- all these capabilities go a long way.
We frequently work from ladders from 24’ to 32’, lifts, and on rooftops, so being safe is essential. Must be physically fit, drug free and not fused to your phone. A clean driving record is required and the ability to tow a trailer and maneuver it into tight spaces is also helpful.
Good people skills are a must and the candidate we are looking for will be kind, courteous, respectful, and aware.
Must be comfortable and able to wear particulate masks such as N-95, P-95 masks, and possibly full faced respirators. Will need to be comfortable in enclosed spaces.
Full time is preferred though we are often flexible-will consider part time as well. We are a unique, general contractor. We carry workman’s compensation and liability insurance.
