Busy construction company seeking experienced construction lead.
You should have ground up as well as remodel experience. We are a full time company providing renovations with a primary focus on bath and kitchen remodels, as well as ground up and remodel/renovation work. We also do deck and fence work, some concrete and occasional roofing.
Pay is dependent upon your experience along with what you bring to the table. A candidate with their own tools, vehicle, enclosed trailer, etc. will be given priority. We have everything you would need in the company, but if you are more comfortable with your own tools we recognize the value of that contribution as well.
At the minimum you need a RELIABLE and capable vehicle that YOU have continuous access to. You should also have or be willing to acquire basic hand tools (framing hammer, cordless drill and impact, bags and batteries, belt or suspended pouches, tape measure, etc.). This is a full time position and we generally work 9 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.
