I’m putting the finishing touches on my restoration of an 84 Bronco II.
It’s got a brand new reman 2.8L in it and I had a custom 4bbl intake make for it and there’s a 4bbl Holley carb on it. It runs just fine, but idles really high. Need someone who can tune a carb. I’m finding out it’s darn near impossible to find someone who can work on a carb. Nothing wrong w mine, just needs some tweaking.
Additionally, it doesn’t like to fire right up if it’s sat for a while…seems to lose fuel pressure, etc. So, I have a new fuel pump for it that will need to go in.
There are also a few other minor things I’d like to get fixed: I had a new shift arm put in but there’s a ton of slop in it…it will move laterally waaaay past where the gears are.
