CANNABIS CULTIVATION ASSOCIATE – SECRET GARDEN
Secret Garden is a fast-growing, vertically integrated (Retail, Cultivation and Manufacturing) cannabis company looking to hire Cultivation Associates to work in our cannabis growing operations.
Our Cultivation department is focused on growing sustainable high-quality cannabis. We have a large facility and have established very strict quality control and sanitation standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Job Title: Cultivation Associate
Salary: $13 to $16 per hour, depending on experience
Key responsibilities include:
Working in all aspects of Secret Garden’s Cultivation department, including maintaining healthy genetics, propagation, Veg and Flower phases, and harvest,
Tracking inventory in METRC as required by Secret Garden policies and procedures, and by Municipal and State regulations,
Following established production procedures,
Following established compliance policies and procedures,
Maintaining sanitation and waste protocols as required by Secret Garden policies and procedures, and by Municipal and State regulations,
Other duties as required.

Ability to follow general product safety and sanitation practices and requirements
Organized, punctual and ability to work as a team player on various projects

Strong attention to detail
Adaptable and able to think on your feet
Physical Ability:
Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
21+ years of age
License:
Anchorage Municipality Food Handler's Card (required)
Alaska Marijuana Handler's Card (required)
