Boiler/Mechanical Room Installer/Piping Artist

We are looking for a plumber or HVAC technician who loves to do high end boiler rooms. This person must not only have great experience in boiler and mechanical room installation, but also show a real passion for making the boiler rooms a true artistic centerpiece of a home or building.

We take great pride in producing the highest quality plumbing and mechanical systems, and we are looking for a plumber or HVAC installer to join our team and specialize in boiler room installations for our builds. Our company specializes in high end custom homes and design-build commercial buildings, and we want our boiler and mechanical rooms to reflect our high-quality work.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate their experience and past work related to boiler rooms, as well as their technical ability and attention to detail.

Requirements:

Applicants minimum education level: high school graduate or GED

Be able to meet physical demands of the job, able to lift 60 pounds, and understand basic safe working principles.

Have great communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, organization, able to think ahead, schedule work, work independently, and with others.

Have clean driving record, clean criminal records, able to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug tests per employment policies.

Must have minimum 4 years' experience in plumbing and hydronic heating/boiler room systems

Must have experience with low voltage wiring, controls, and basic 120-volt wiring.

Must have basic knowledge of boiler and mechanical system troubleshooting and maintenance.
