TTT Environmental (an Alaska based Technical Environmental and Safety house) has an opening for an Instrument Technician 1 position, in our Anchorage office, who is self motivated, works hard, efficiently, and accurately.
This position will work closely with our Service Manager on a day to day basis providing support to the service center on various hand held environmental and safety instruments in regards to rentals, sales, and service. Duties include rental preparation (instrument washing, prepping, testing, check-in and check-out), and instrument service and calibration for incoming and outgoing rental equipment.

This position is fast paced and requires a self-motivated and driven person who can also follow company policies and management direction in the below area’s of work:
1. Handheld instrument evaluation, repair, and calibration
2. New instrument preparation and calibration
3. Handheld environmental and safety equipment rental preparation to include:
Check-in and evaluation of rental equipment
Washing and cleaning of rental equipment
Function testing of outgoing rentals
Verifying rental equipment is complete
Running water pumps for proper functionality
And many other associated tasks
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age.
Must have a current and valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Possess adequate typing skills
Excellent customer service mindset
1 year of related experience preferred
Must have a strong operational knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Preferably two - four years of technical experience with environmental and/or safety equipment operation and application.
Customer Service and/or Sales experience is a plus
Instrument service experience is desired
