Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Hair Stylist/Hairdresser to join our team here at Elements Salon and Day Spa. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing exceptional service to our guests and about the ever changing world of hair, hair trends and hair care.
Duties:
- Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, perming and styling
- Provide hair and scalp treatments such as detox/exfoliation and deep conditioning
- Offer additional services like hair extensions
- Offer the Aveda Rituals to all guests
- Utilize MEEVO software for appointment scheduling and guest management
- Utilize VISH software for color waste management
- Be comfortable educating guests on home care products and usage
- Access to social media to showcase work
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, as well as light cleaning in salon during the day and at closing
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling either through classes offered in salon, out of town or virtual
Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology/hairdressing license
- Proficiency in a variety of hair styling techniques including men's hair care
- Experience with front desk duties is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $41,939.00 - $75,000.00 per year
